By accessing, browsing our flowers website (MapleFlorist.com.my), you agree to to accept our terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Maple Florist may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

In order to purchase products from this website you will be asked to provide some personal details (e.g. Name, address, contact number, email address, receipient’s contact number, address).  Please refer to our Privacy policy to review our policy on these matters.

Product Information:
We make every effort to ensure all information on this website is accurate and up to date all the time.  However, in the event a items or product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information, Maple Florist shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for items / product listed at the incorrect price.  Maple Florist shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not any such order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for such purchase and your order is cancelled, Maple Florist shall refund full amount of the charge.

Orders will be proceed once we have received your payment.If you do not receive confirmation email, your order has not been processed. Kindly contact Maple Florist (+6017) 768-2347 or by emailing: order@mapleflorist.com.my

Cancellations must be received no later than 5 hours before flowers deliver.

We will ensure, do our best to get your order to the recipient address at the time, delivery may not be be possible within the specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If the recipient is not able to be contacted, we will call him/her neighbour receive on him/her behalf, is no body around and there is no safe place, we will contact sender, if sender not answer the phone calls, we will take the flowers back to our florist shop and contact the sender again and make alternative arrangements in some cases we will ask for the extra delivery charge.

To reduce delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient before deliver. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient, please advise us.

Please do not contact us one to two weeks later after order delivered to say how the flowers did not last very well as there will be no replacement as in this case.

Normal delivery hours for Maple Florist are between 9am and 6pm (Monday - Friday), 9am - 2pm (Saturday). Maple Florist same day delivery for orders submitted before 2pm (Monday to Friday), and by 12noon (Saturdays).

There will be no delivery on Sunday except for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.

Our florist shop will closed and there will be no delivery in some of the Malaysia public holidays such: Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, National day and Christmas day.
